When will my order ship?

We try our best to mail out orders within 72 hours. Orders are sent via Canada Post and delivery is typically within 7–12 business days depending on your location in Canada.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We do not normally send tracking numbers unless specifically requested. Contact us if you would like one.

What is your return policy?

Books are not returnable unless they are defective, in which case please contact us or email info@sharperedgesolutions.com.

My shipping address has changed — what do I do?

Please ensure your shipping address is up to date in your PayPal account before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address listed in your PayPal account. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.
